A&J's
sales staff is headed by John F. Kociolek, President. He
has over twenty years experience in Sales and oversees all
equipment transactions. Along with his sales experience
he was a Service Technician for over nine years (seven of
those as the Service Manager), this enables him to answer
questions our customers have at a much higher level. He
has an understanding of the equipment you won't find
anywhere else.
Our Head of
Operations and CEO is Agnes M. Upchurch. She has been
involved in the Foodservice Industry for more than twenty-five
years. During those years she has been in Accounting,
Customer Service, and Management. Her abilities enable
her to look at the big picture, from the Service
Department to the Parts Department and everything in
between.
When
it comes to repairs, our Service Department is top notch.
We will only send out technicians who are fully trained to
work on the equipment you have.
Our Technicians
are factory trained and well equipped to service your
location. We have state of the art communications, and a
stock of commonly used parts on our vehicles. With an
"ON CALL" Service Technician 24 hours a day 7
days a week for emergency repairs, you will never be down
for long.
We have an
in-house repair shop for small items that are able to be
carried in. You save the travel charge by bringing it in
yourself and turn around time is very fast.

Department is here to help you find what you need.
Although we have an extensive inventory, you may not know
exactly what it is you are looking for, that's where we
come in! If you have a model number and a manufacturer we
can find it, no matter what you call it (we have heard
them all!).
